Booking Terms & Conditions

Rest assured, we will bend over backwards to accommodate every request to the satisfaction of all concerned. We reserve the right to fall back on our terms and conditions if all else fails. It’s nice to have everything written down in black and white.

1. A £50 booking deposit is requested for all headshots without a makeup artist
2. A £100 booking deposit is requested for headshots with a makeup artist booked.
3. If you are not using our makeup artist, then please come to the studio with hair and makeup ready to go
4. If you have booked our makeup artist then please arrive with your hair already styled and with no facial products applies
5. For hygiene reasons all clothing and props must belong to you
6. If you are under 18 you will need a parent or guardian with you
7. Please allow the photographers up to an hour to prepare your photos for viewing
8. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment you are at risk of losing your deposit
9. 3 working days notice is required to reschedule an appointment otherwise you will lose your deposit
10. Seven days notice is required to cancel a shoot  in order for a refund to be issued
11. Refunded deposits may take up to a month
12. Your deposit is non-refundable if you reschedule an appointment more than once
13. We ask our headshot clients to arrive 15 minutes early
14. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean that we have to cancel the shoot
15. If we need to cancel the shoot as above, you will lose your deposit
16. The business reserves the right to use any images for self-promotion and self-advertising
